Kihon Karate Wales took part in the South West Open Championships in Bristol Yesterday: 09/11/08.

Each of the students who took part in the event give it 100% and it payed off as you can see from the picture below. It was an spectacular win for Kihon one which won't be forgotton since all of us who attended made it t the medals and won nemerous first place titles.

Front row - Pictured from left - right: Shannon Willams who won 1st place in Kumite, Joss Richards who again took 1st place in Kata, Richard Chambers who took 1st place in kumite in the Males under 70kg and Scott West who took first Place in Kumite and First place in the kumite team events.

Back Row: left - right: Emily Richards who won 3rd place in the parent and child kata category, Dylan West who won 1st place in the Team Kumite, Lynnette Clark (me) who won 3rd in kata and 3rd in parent and child kata catagory , Jordan west who won 1st place in the team Kumite event and Triston Michael who took 2nd place in Kata.

Overall we again are estatic over the achievments we attained, we all work so hard to deliver the very best we can.
