Over the past few days we've had a number of people expressing difficulty in reading the pages, I hope everything is ok now... Over the next few weeks we will be 'tweaking' the site and adding a few more features, some pages may go offline so bare with us as the site is still undergoing some changes. The Topics page will be altered into catagories where each of you can place your posts into the appropriate forums, there you will be able to receive your comments without having to seach through other forums. We are aware that some of you have recently placed posts and will leave them up for a few weeks, but eventually they will be moved as the site forums increase in volume. In the meantime if you have any further difficulties or have any sugestions regarding the site please feel free to post your comments here. Thankyou From yer 'Jack of all trades' inc site technician ~Lynnette

You may have noticed that we added a Chat Room, the room requires each user to log in using a legitamate 'E.mail and Password'. You may need to ask your parents permission before using the room as you are required to be 13 yrs and over to have full access to this facility. Also. I have added a telephone feature to my Profile page, you can access my profile by clicking on my name anywhere in the site. The 'Jaxtr' phone is a free service for anybody who wishes to text me, leave a voicemail etc. This service is totaly private, no-one else will be able to listen to the calls except me. This could be a useful feature if you have any querries or complaints about any user using this site. You can however install your own 'Jaxtr' phone on your own profile page by clicking the link below the phone and following the login procedures. The 'Jaxtr' site will give you a code, you must copy and paste this code into your profile page by clicking YOUR kihon user settings. (YOU HAVE TO BE LOGGED IN TO SEE THE USER SETTINGS LINK). This feature is compleetly free and does not require a payment to set up either. Remeber all calls are free. the benefits of this is that you won't ever need to use a mobile phone again lol. Have fun From yer "Always looking out for the enviroment pal' ~Lynnette

ONLINE SAFTEY: To encourage younger students and they're parents from the club and to give present users peace of mind; it has now been possible to add a new feature to the website. I have added an ISP Tracker. This enables me to monitor the pathways that yourselves and other users make to ensure the site is used in good manner. Although the tracker will not interfere with your online line activities in anyway, it will however give me detailed reports on any malicious activity from any user who may abuse our site right down the actual computer that generated the Cyber footprint. This is a fantastic opportunity for parents who are concerned about what sites they're children are visiting. As this site will be monitored 24/7 the times and pathways are also monitored so that we know who is in the site at any given time. If you have any questions regarding this extra saftey feature please feel free to drop me a line. Regards Lynnette.

Dear Students, Please note some dates have already been recorded in the Calendar link. In the next few weeks we will be adding to the calendar which will include many more of Kihons competitions, plus courses and events which will be organised by the WKA. In the meantime we are waiting for confirmation for a couple of competitions, one which is the Scotish Championships which will be held in Edinburgh on May 31st - June 1st 2008. The other is the European Wado Kai Cup, which will be held in Luxemburg, Germany on October 23th - 24th 2008. There are alot of particulars to sort out regarding these 2 competitions but we understand the importance of having confirmed dates! So in the meantime if anyone is interested, you may want to keep these to dates free in your own calendars and as soon as the trips is organised we'll confirm your selection. ~Lynnette~

Hi Everybody, As you may have noticed there have been some little changes in our website. We had many demands for fanclubs over the past few weeks so in order to maintain the growing trend we installed a new page in the left hand menu. All you have to do now is click on the 'STUDENT FANCLUBS link and find your Fanclub.(For existing users, don't worry about lost messages, we transfered them over to your new home in the Student Fanclub forum)) If your name is not listed, drop me a line here and i'll set one up for you. Don't forget that each user has the opportunity to update their profile by clicking on their name once they have officially loged in. See previous updates for instructions Also we have been tweaking the Chat Room there are a few hic-cups with the TV in there, we need to take that offline and reset the default settings, won't take long. Remember, please feel free to leave any comments or sugestions here, we're always looking for new ways to improve the site and yes Mark we're working on the music too lol. From yer Only to eager to please pal ~ Lynnette
